Invisible.

by ?   Jan 31, 2005

In a room with many friends
She feels like she’s alone
Chatting laughing smiling
Her heart is as cold as stone

Hugging dancing sharing
Silent tears still fall
Together that’s all that matters
Even when no one can hear her call

They are sitting next to each other
But they can’t feel her coldness
When she lets the mask slip
They see her less and less

She is invisible to their eyes
They are deaf to her pleas
She sits in her corner alone for tonight
They stay happy and no one sees

*Sorry for the shortness and crapness of it, just feeling invisible at the moment and needed to write it down*
