Friendship Isn't A Walk In The Park.

by Serena   Feb 4, 2005

I see a bird, high in the air.
It looks so lonely, way up there.

I wish I could fly, up to the sky,
so I can be there, at his side.
But it's getting dark now, I
should say good-bye.

But, the next morning, I see
him, but another bird is at his
side. The sadness overcomes
me and I start to cry.

You see, I have a friend who
is feeling really lonely, and
seems to need a friend like
me.

We haven't talked much, or even
took a walk in the park. And the
bond between us is getting very
dark.

I know if I could just reach out to
her, like that other bird reached
out, I know we could mend our
friendship, and she could erase
all of her doubt.

Serena.
