I feel guilty

I sit here feeling guilty,
i haven't thought about you once,
i just keep going on at how sad i feel,
i don't take the time to check you are OK.

you say your OK but are you just pretending,
to make sure i don't do anything stupid,
i really hope you're OK,
i feel guilty for putting myself first.

i keep saying i love him,
when really it's you i love,
i hope you realize i only love him as a friend,
its you i love and will forever.

i feel really guilty for being how i was lately,
