Promising star

by hannah morgan   Nov 2, 2006

Number 88, Jonny wait,
I remember being down the rec,
Playing man hunt or sat on the climbing stuff,
Just chilling with the crew.

Everyone grew older and stopped going,
We all slowly drifted apart,
Still said hi if we passed each other in the street,
But our childhood slipped away.

Then the pub came into play,
I remember being sat in the corner,
Chatting to you and lee,
It was like things never changed.

Now you have died,
Such a promising star, gone,
Brought the crew back together, Minus one, you
Who we said goodbye to, today.

R.i.p Jonny, always loved never 4gotten,
Mini moto lost a great guy, we lost a great friend :( x x x
