I cry over the past, i cry because it's gone,
too many painful memories, too many painful songs,

i cry because i miss them,
i cry when i think of what we could've had,
too many names, not enough faces,

i try to place my feelings, with the right guy,
but when i try i can help but wonder why,
why'd you leave? why'd you say good-bye?

i remember when we used to hang out,
but thats no longer alive,
you are long gone, but not forgotten.
