Perfect?

Is anyone really perfect?
thats what i would like to know.
is anyone really perfect?
or is it all just a big show?

we call people perfect
but what does perfect really mean?
would perfect be someone
like a teenage beauty queen?

i don't think anyone is perfect
because we all have something we dislike
about ourselves and about others
there's hardly anything we actually do like

so next time you call someone perfect
just think about what you said
for that person may actually hate
their life deep inside their head

even though they could act happy
just remember that depression deceives
because that person could be
hiding scars underneath their sleeves.
