I want you to know that my feelings are clear.
I'm out in the open I have nothing to fear.
My heart ached every time I lied.
Why did I hide it from these wandering eyes?

Only one person was I afraid to tell.
My best friend, she would've damned me to hell.
I'm still not sure if I want her to know.
My feelings for girls she will never know.
