The Corner

Around every corner is a surprise,
A new wonder to see.
Around the corner curiousity lies
And I wonder what will it be?
I wonder if a person will care
I see the many things that can be.
Looking to see what is there
I'm ready to unlock the key.
I'm excited, yet scared.
I don't know what will be done
I have my thoughts together, prepared.
I turned the corner where my adventure had just begun.
