The Media

This pain I feel inside
Is tearing me apart
The words that have been said
Put a hole straight through my heart
The tears fall forever
But this is just another chapter
In this saga called my life
Which won't end happily ever after
The sooner it ends the better
I can't keep acting in this play
On this stage I try to smile
But it hurts too much to stay
This is just another episode
On what's called reality T.V.
With plots and twists and turns
Where nothings what it seems
My life's just like the media
People constantly tuning in
But unlike the characters portrayed
I will never win
