Beyond

The shadows that loomed over the water
Brought in darkness that covered
The remaining hole of freedom.
The darkness that ate my dreams, threw them away
From my grasp and out of my reach was swarming like bees
Came towards the inferior. It roared.
The wind blew hard, cold biting wind-
The turbulent waves crashing to the rocks
That stood out to be the only barrier between the
Ghost of death and the spirit of life.
The raging war between the sea and the wind went on and on
Until silence came and hung in the now disturbed air
And then nothing…
