A SPOONFULL OF SUGAR

by tasha   Mar 2, 2005

Broken promises
bloody tears
a spoonful of sugar calms my fears
a bloody knife
a broken home
a spoon full of sugar
and I'm no longer alone
dip my finger in the sugar
with my blood drops to
the sugar that is all mine
but my blood is just for you
little crimson granules
tiny blood red grains
caused from all the cuts and slashes
from those nasty razor blades
a spoonful of sugar
helps the pills go down
a spoon full of sugar
erases my frown
