Daddy

by Hayley   Mar 2, 2005

Daddy please dont hit me today,
please daddy I dont want to be sent away.
Please daddy set down the belt.
dont you know you'll give me another big welt.
Daddy please I'm begging you,
I didnt do it...I wish you knew..
You made me,
I didnt ask to be.
I'm just fifteen
and what life has to offer I havent yet seen.
Teachers at school are starting to see.
all the bruises of hate that you leave me.
My friends at school are beginning to care,
that sometimes I'm missing chunks of my hair.
They know what you do,
all though you havent a clue.
Please daddy just dont hit me today,
love me, please for this I pray...
