Lonely Boy

by Pianist   Mar 3, 2005

A boy that stares
up into the night.
Wondering how to
make things all right.

A boy once found
now is lost.
Too much has he paid.
Too high is the cost.

A boy that cries
one single tear.
For a sad life that
trembles with fear.

A boy with marks
all down his arm.
Never too slow to
inflict his self harm.

A boy who's life
flipped upside down.
His life once great
is six under ground.

A simple pawn,
used like a toy.
That is the life
of this lonely boy.
