Shining Star

Why do you shine so bright?
Always there providing your light.
Is it you have no place to be?
Is it that you stay just for me?

Why does your glow never run out?
Sparkling always, have not a doubt.
Could you be tired of shining so?
Could your light be running too low?

Why do stay up in the sky,
When your fate is just to die?
Do you have a message to share?
Do you stay because you care?

Why is that you're so hard to see,
When the sun is shining on me?
Why do have to put on your mask?
Why can't you just finish your task?

Why is it you must hide to live,
Do you see all you can give?
Why do you have to hide so far?
Why do you do it, my shining star?

    Ohh this one's really good too.
    I especially like this part:
    "Why do stay up in the sky,
    When your fate is just to die?"
    That is just grand. I love it.
