You can not stop my bleeding
It spills everyone night
Always seeing the crimson fall
Wishing things were alright

My life seems to be getting better
But at night the cloud still forms
Over my head as I watch the rain fall
Washing away what I thought was right

I cry out in a silent scream
Looking for someone
Someone to save me
From the darkness at night

But if I sleep just to dream
Of things that will never be true
Things that are make believe
I rather sleep an eternal rest

The absence that is in my heart
I have fooled you all to believe
