Boys #2

by Bonnie Fowler   Mar 9, 2005

"You think you know,
but really do you,
the people they like,
you'll never know who,
who's their type,
and what they look for,
the big, the small,
the rich, the poor,
so many things,
we have to learn,
one thing we know,
the trust we must earn,
they are SO complicated,
the problems we face,
one night they can be with you,
then they can vanish without a trace,
they can be nice,
when their in the mood,
but normally in most cases,
their mean and rude,
but they can make you feel good,
which is why we get hooked,
but they can drop us like that,
when they've been over cooked,
they tell you one thing,
when that's not what they mean,
they think their truth is hiding,
when it's clearly been seen,
they truly under estimate,
the stuff girls can do,
we can see when they're lying,
if they only knew,
why can't they be honest,
and tell us what we need to know,
because then when it's time,
we could let our feelings go,
don't string us along,
feed us bit by bit,
is it something boys do,
with the feelings they can't admit,
they can hurt us so bad,
why can't we just let them go,
so much we need to learn,
but we truely never know!"
