If Only You Knew

by Debra Reisinger   Mar 16, 2005

If only you knew,
That every time you walk past,
My breath is lost,
My heart is pounding fast,

If only you knew,
That every time our eyes meet,
My mind goes blank,
And I cannot speak,

If only you knew,
That just to hear you say my name,
Makes my stomach,
Flutter in pain,

If only you knew,
That being in your arms,
So gentle and secure,
Gives me the felling of no harm,

If only you knew,
That everything you do,
Makes me want you even more,
From the way you laugh to the way you say \"whats up\" in school,

If only you knew,
How i really feel,
Words can\'t explain,
So hard to tell,

If only you knew,
The three simple words I\'ve been dying to say,
But so scared,
You might turn and walk away,

If only you knew...
