She sat there crying,
All alone in her room.
Asking for forgiveness,
Asking what to do.

She knew that she was sorry,
For everything she had done.
She knew she wasn't a perfect child,
She knew she wasn't the one.

She sat there whispering to herself,
Saying she didn't understand.
Why didn't anyone stop and listen,
Where were all her friends.

She knew they didn't care,
She knew they never would.
She was a little girl trapped in the world,
Nothing in her life was good.
