A diary

by katie!   Mar 23, 2005

I know what she meant, when she wrote me that poem
I get so sick of people I know reading
I love you all yes, but just understand
These poems are my life all my bleeding

Like a diary, I pour myself into them
They are my life and my only way of escape
They are most of the thoughts that go through my head
Without them, I am nothing, In my life a hole does gape

They are so personal and they mean so much
A passageway into my head
They keep me going, when I have no hope
Without them I would surely be dead

When you read them you are seeing
Into the depths of my mind
So please will you stop thinking you know me so well
Because these poems they do bind

They are not random, and they are not lies
I pour in them my heart and my soul
When you tell me you understand please do not
These poems are me, when I am whole

i agree with sabrina, we can put our stuff on the internet and let strangers read into our lives but we cant show the people closest to us. i always fear that they will hate me because i am so sad. your a very talented writer, and you should never quit, this poem is so awesome, great job with it. hugs and love-hayley

Ur poems are always so good everyone of them show ur true emotion. Exellent job. I know I can write just about anything in a poem much easier than to talk about it. I have a new one A true Friend let me know what u think. I think I posted it to soon. I think I should makes some changes but it's up. Thanx and Take Care!

He he, is it only me and SarahJane who wants to comment or what??? Well, what can I say, this is so beautiful written...It's funny that we dont want people to know about our pain and our cutting, but then we put our poems out on the net and they are the most private thing we got, things that comes straight from our hearts...
