Don't Want To Die

by ntv650   Mar 24, 2005

Don’t want to stop, have this revolving clockwork come to a halt,
Every sunrise and sunset, from the very beginning to the very end,
Please let my heartbeat grow heavier yet.

I don’t want to kiss this beautiful, colourful world goodbye,
Wake up every morning, not worrying about sleeping that night,
Touch my hand darling, remind me I’m alive.

I can’t imagine anything worse than lying alone in the eternal dark,
Making memories that are only for my lifetime meant to last,
Let my future become eternal past.

Don’t want to miss rain against that window, sun against this skin,
Sometimes too scared to blink, when I realise everything I could miss,
Please god I don’t want to die, cease to exist.
