Change Me Back

by Easily Forgotten   Mar 27, 2005

*I'm surrounded by so many
*It's getting hard to breathe
*They always just ignore me
*I'm stuck upon my knees

*They always see me smile
*Never will they see a frown
*Even on my saddest days
*They don't notice when im down

*They always say how fat they are
*When obviously their not
*It makes me feel so ugly
*I wish I could be shot

*This of course effects me
*I constantly compare
*I skip some meals and eat less
*On the bright side now I share

*They say that I am perfect
*I don't need to lose weight
*But I want to be like them
*No matter what is at stake

*Whenever they are angry
*You'll find cuts upon their arms
*It's all just for attention
*Unlike me it's for self harm

*Ever since I met them
*My school marks have gone down
*I'm skipping class and drinking too
*My feet are off the ground

*I never used to be like this
*They've changed me more then they know
*I hate me for who I am
*But it will never show

  • wow this is a great poem. I know people who are like that. They think their fat. And they cut themselves for attention. But don't do it just to be like them...
