Broken angels

by Chelsea Hopkins   Mar 28, 2005

Their wings are broken
Their minds in despair
No one is watching
No one could care

Their breathing grows slower
Their heart increases pace
Love in their eyes, Gone
Only pain left on their face

The magic within them
Runs out like their tears
Feeling their immortality
Bringing out their forgotten fears.

Can anyone help them?
Only if they choose
No one wants broken angels
But only you will lose
