Love-Hate Relationship

by Timothy   Mar 31, 2005

Disarray sinks in, controls the mind
It wreaks havoc in a sense I can't define
Lacking of order, and losing momentum
You rapidly collapse, moving per cent um
Swiftly, bitter memories entwine within
It takes your heart and soul not to give in
You take a breath, regain your composure
Keep asking her why for your own closure
Never mind the excuses, you need the truth
The reason you lost the love of your youth
Detailed vocal detours and unclear answers
Kill you softly like an undiscovered cancer
She avoids the look, the questioning glances
Talking to her friends of wasted chances
What and who makes women do what they do
It's often been said and usually proven true
They're devious, conniving and dangerous
More commonly thought of as highly ambiguous
And to them I pay homage forever and eternal
Expressed in my own terms-explicitly verbal.
