Another Reason to Cry

It happens so quickly
Just turn on the news
So many people die in one day
And tons affected by it in so many ways..,

Another report about a child taken away for no reason
Another fire that destroyed a home and family
So many accidents so many deaths
And no one can make it stop

WE come home to it everyday
Watching shows to help the pain go away
Those shows with the happy families
Those families these days that are never seen today

It hurts to hear those words
"Another child has been raped"
"Another child has been killed"
Not just adults have but children

Its so sad to think that someone innocent just died
Its so sad to think how the parents will react
To know that their baby isn't coming back

Tears on the newspaper
Staining the words
Staining the report everyone heard
Staining the heart of loved ones
Staining the world black
