People asked...

This poem was inspired by a poem I read here! (100% original and 100% what i feel)..thanks for reading!

People asked, “if God is love
Why then He made life so tough?”
People asked, “if Jesus could save
Then why can’t He bring himself out of the grave?”
People said, “Christianity is not true
They just make us like a fool.”
People blamed Adam and Eve
When it was them that sin so deep.
People love to criticize the truth
But they never know the pain HE went through
It’s funny how the Creator
Is crucify and mocked by the created.
It’s sad to see, for us He done all these
But in return was the words “holy shit!”
It’s a pity to see when the gift is there
But people just didn’t care.
It’s heartbreaking to see
The Son died on the cross for me
And I who did nothing,
Yet upon me are tonnes of blessings.

I’ve experienced the love
And yes, life is still tough,
But He is there in my race
His love is amazing, Amazing Grace!

But then People asked, “Why Christian try so hard
To convey them and bring God to their heart?”

If there is a horrible disease in this World
And you know the way it can be held
Would you, or would you not,
Tell those that you love what you’ve got?
