They Won

by xX Toxic Cure Xx   Apr 4, 2005

A simple scar embedded deep in my forearm
One of the many caused by my self harm
Seven letters that tell of hidden things
Always knowing what the future brings
They are the kids at school who call me names
They are all my ex boyfriends with their heartbreaking games
They are the parents that hit me until i cant see straight
They are the people who's accusations choose my fate
I always thought you weren't one of them
That my feelings you'd never condemn
But you fit right along in that crowd
Making my desperate cries for help even more loud
I carved your name into my arm too
Just to make sure I'll never forget you
