The doors of my heart have opened wide (part 2)

Whenever I see her she sends my heart into overdrive
It’s her love I want and for which I truly strive
I have never felt this way before
For her I have feelings I can not ignore
Does she know her eyes twinkle when she smiles?
Like diamonds they are, they knock me back for miles
When I’m around her I lose my focus
It’s strange It’s funny it’s like hocus pocus
Could it be her pheromones that she may send?
Sorry but that is something I do not comprehend

Through time my feelings for her have mounted
So much I have for her they can not be counted
But what I feel for her now is so strong
Miles more than the girl back at my old school called Tong

She knows that god made me shy
I don’t know…. don’t ask me why
This girl didn’t just catch my eye
Like some bird up in the sky
She caught my heart too
And now my feelings are so true

They were hidden inside, closely guarded at start
Its seems now someone has found the key to my heart
About this dilemma I tried to stay smart
But I’ve lost control and it’s like a runaway cart

Whenever I notice her my heart skips a beat
Even though she looks so cute and sweet
It’s her personality that very few can compete
Her heart is so pure it’s full of gold
Something so priceless it can not be sold
But now that my heart has spoken
Does she know it can easily be broken?

From my heart I have much to give
But if I carry on like this I won’t have much longer to live
Cos my love for her can not be measured
And for a long time it has been treasured

Still I find it so hard to let my feelings out
Through this gift of poetry from God I have no doubt
That my feelings have been heard and read
Cos ‘never be too shy’ she once said!
But one thing is for sure, that I am truly in love
With this girl who was sent from the Heavens above.
