Paralell Lines

by BrightEyes71   Apr 6, 2005

Evenly across my skin,
signs of my pure sin,
also my sorrow pain and fear,
and all the times I could not cry they were my tears.
The way it felt to have the knife cut deep,
and how the blood started to seep,
It stung and my my heart thump,
I fell to the floor in a clump.
A relase of held in thoughts,
the things that made me distraught,
but no matter how many times I cut my arm,
It doesn't give me relief from harm,
they cannot save me from my self,
they only thing they do is worsen my health.
These scars that haunt my eyes,
they want to me believe the lies,
the signs are becoming very clear,
the pain I feel is quite severe,
I cannot save my self from me,
I have to get help they (my parents have to see.
