My Heart’s Locks

by DooDee   Apr 10, 2005

I locked my heart
With two golden keys
One was hid under my pillow
The other thrown in one of the far away seas
After that I became very hard to get
Very hard to please

No one attracted me
No one made me fall
No one owned my heart
Or was able to climb its high wall

Until he came along
Crashed into everything else
He stopped me from thinking
With him , there was no sense

He tried unlocking my heart
Tried setting me free
Wanted to open the locks
Wanted to have me

One day , He went to the beach
And came back with a piece of gold
He put it in front of me
Without saying a word
He stopped moving
And so did my world

Here you go girl , that’s the key
Now allow me to be your lover
I bought what you asked for
Now go ahead and unlock the other

You did one thing
Found one key
But to unlock the other one
You have to convince me
And that is harder
Than swimming in any deep sea

You have a great chance to win
So try all your possible ways
Will you succeed in that ?
That’s something I will leave to the days ……..
