Redemption

by Drake Takeyama   Apr 12, 2005

Bloody and beaten,
I fall to my knees.
As my body grows cold,
My soul, to be ceased.
The burning depths of hell,
There I’ll suffer for my sins.
A river of fire and an ocean of blood,
There my torture begins.
Pain no mortal could truly bare,
As all of Hell stands to watch.
Weighed by my shackles and Bound by my sin,
I do what I must and I pay from Within.
On and on without an end,
Neither a rest nor a reprieve.
Although I knew, it would never end.
A light shines through the Darkness,
I here an Angel’s song.
Free of my dark shackles,
I reach into the sky.
Free from my immortal prison,
Free from torment, free from pain.
Her golden silhouette shines Through the night.
Her snow white wings reflect the full moon’s glow.
She has to be pure perfection,
A gentle kiss of love we share.

I'm sorry if this is a little hard to understand. Please send me your coments, I'd like to know what you think.
