Decadence

by Eden   Apr 14, 2005

They never saw my sky turn black.
'Put their knives within my back
With them came insanity
I'm so ashamed.

Well I'm sorry I'm not what you wished for...
And you're always askin God for more.
Sorry you are dealing me a spade
But I'm just a mystery.

And I see all of your diseases...
You think that you are free!!
I see life around you ceases...
We wish for sorrow's song.

I'm a sight; just to go astray
You tried too hard just to pray.
I've tried so hard to leave
Everything of you...

Sorry I tried drugs and all I ever thought of...
While you were kneeled and prayed for blessing from above.
Sorry I saw you try and deceive me...
I will not repent.

But I am just a nobody...a mystery.
