The look in your eyes causes pain in my heart the tone in your voice and the cruel words you say will stay wit me for another day do you think ill forget? well guess wot i wont ill remember always every word every comment every bruise.

I'll never forget the attempts i've made for us to be mother and daughter like best friends and it being knocked back coz kidz ruined your life it wasnt my fault you had my sister at 18 and me at 21.

Each day i go out and ut up a front but somtimes i break down and i cant help it if someones there to comfort me but i always know it wont be you

One day i did ad someone heard me and rang social services and you shouted at me blaming me! i didnt ring them it wasnt me its not my fault! please stop blaming me if you dont i wont be here tomorrow cause i cant see my life being worth anything any more why should i if you dont!
