Unnamed 003

Pursuit of pow’r divine makes men atone
offset by shades of men who came before,
predestiny-- atop that crimson throne.
exalt his name with blood forevermore.

just rule where those unjust have broken men
of faith, who follow gospel from the thorn.
His sacred word is made to weep-- “amen”;
no hallowed saint can find this world reborn.

pour out thy praise for he who comes in grace
and spreads his word with gentle tongue and soul
unbiased. firm, and caught in His embrace,
let peace he brought find ground and change the whole.

in life he strove to make his people free;
in heaven now the Father holds his key.

    and God Bless...
