End of days

by Psychotic Tendencies   Apr 19, 2005

The minions of darkness
encroaching on light
their black sullen hearts
filled to the brim with malice and hate.

this world would be theirs
if not for the light
which pushes them back
and keeps them at bay

the harbinger of evil
shall bring about their arrival
with the destruction of light
and the downfall of good.

the people will flee
in terror and fright

as they cling to their loved
to shield them from harm
they will say to them bluntly
"This is the end of all days"

Tomorrow had such better days. 5/5 my friend. A nice piece, try to clean her up a bit and she'll be a nice peom, put in capitals and such. Please read my poem called Nightmares or one of my many other fantasy poems. Good job.
