Forgiven for the last time

by Johnny Mac   Apr 25, 2005

I could forgive you still
For not forgiving me
But I think I'll spare you
The remains of your sanity

Lies have been told
Promises broken
Your halo had fallen faster
With every word you’d spoken

I could forgive you still
For not forgiving me
For now you’ll be my favorite story
A story I could never read

Your eyes are dark
Hope soon you’ll see clear
To me your one fallen star
A flaw in my atmosphere

I could forgive you still
For not forgiving me
But you’re just too much
And I’m just soo lazy
