Twisted God

by Eden   Apr 25, 2005

**These are just a few abstract thoughts put together...not really a poem**
-----------------------------------

I cast away all of my doubt as to who I really am in a storm of everlasting fury. Who are they to judge me?! They judge me in their cryptic ways, and yet they are so right about me, too. They say I am evil, that I have forsaken the God of Love...Ha; Love...Nonexistent.

How could a God of Love commit mass genocide to all his creation? How could a God of Peace support war and massacres worldwide? Holy Wars.....utter confusion.

How could I follow a Twisted God? One who wipes away the first half of the Bible to make way for new rules...and for what? Because he was bored? Even God supported the sacrificing of innocent animals...so why put down a heathen for his own sacrifices?

Pathetic, Swollen, Rending words...coming from within the Light. For within the Light I am Knowledge...able to see the flaws so clearly in it's feeble light. To It I am ugly...but I say that I am the one who is pure...at least I know who I am...

God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow....bull shit.

    John 1:1-3
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made."

God is God, the Word represents Jesus Christ. God is a deity...he was never created, right? If Sin was not created by God, then that would suggest that it was not created either, and that It would be a deity, too, right? But the Bible clearly states that God is the One and only True God...meaning he's the only real deity out there...
God created sin...he's also supposed to be this omniscient authority. If he knew what sin would do to the world in his eyes, then why did he corrupt the world? Why did he create something that would utterly destroy some of his people? The Great Flood of Noah's time was granted by God because he could not find a "good" person in the world except for Noah and his closest family. He spared them because they believed in him...God is against favoritism as well.

    James 2:1
"My brothers, as believers in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, don't show favoritism."

He showed favoritism by wiping everyone on the earth to death except for Noah and his family...which he did because sin had corrupted the world...a thing he created. Interesting...

I am sorry that you feel this way...I am a Christain. First of all God did not wipe away half the Bible..The New Testement clarifys the old testment and relates it to modern times. As for the why does God allow the things in this world to happen. God did not cause this the bad things in the world are of Evil Satan. Because Adam and Eve sin man then had the choice of believing and what they do with their life, God gave Adam and Eve a chance not to eat from the forbidden tree but they did which corrupted everything. But this is why God sent his only son Jesus Christ. HE also did this so man would not have to sacrifice animals anymore. God loves us so much he'd send his only son so that we wouldn't have to go to hell. God loves you very much...

This is really good even if its not a poem. I myself don't nelieve that there is a god, because if there was, then why would this world be how it is? Well lets not go there or i wont shut up...Those 'thoughts' are well writen down...
