Innocence is everything
Without some we're all lost
With too much we're oblivious
To consequence and cost

We lose it younger every day
And disregard it's purpose
So look to children,
they're the ones
The only who can cure us

We mustn't take it for granted
As much as we want to
And like the waves of oceans
It's something we can't hold onto

So make the most of life
This time you may be wrong
Innocence will pass you by
Catch it fore it's gone
