Just because I'm happy
Doesn't mean you should be sad
Just because your past is scary
Doesn't make you bad.

So why do you act like this?
You treat me like I'm dirt...
Why do you throw those looks?
It really makes me hurt.

Why don't you forgive me?
For whatever I have done.
The way you treat me isn't right
I always start to run

Your eyes make me want to cry
The way they're always sad
Your childhood, your entire life
It makes me so damn mad.

The strangest thing about this
Is a feeling I never knew
And no matter how bad you treat me
I can't stop loving you...
