Upon The Mountains Crest

by Jonathan LeBrun   Sep 16, 2003

There is a place I often vist;
Where the flowers bloom
And the warm summer breeze,
Overcomes all gloom.

There, is everything I need,
There, is nothing else I need;
For there,I have it all.
I have it all indeed!

There, where eagles fly,
The mountains touch the sun.
There, where freedom reigns,
The rivers softly run.

There, is my escape
From everyday affairs.
There, I am free of
All my worries and my cares.

Hasten now my friend,
To this place of rest.
I will be there waiting for you,
Upon the mountains crest.
