They just dont care..

Im okay, as i keep telling
myself.. living another lie..
more pain to be felt..

wasting away in memories, that
never seem to fade..why is it that
this whole world has to be this
way..

millions of people are like me,
depressed as it may seem..more
people are worse..and dying is
their only dream..

i admit to having dreams,
in which i couldn't feel,
wishing that in reality
that would help me heal..

scars are the only things you
have to keep you going..
they show your story in a
puzzle, like a river flowing

your mind is often blurred
by the memories you wish
you still had, wishing that
this life could be everything
good, instead of always
being bad..

my mother always told me,
"life is never fair" although everyone says it to me,
i know in the end just that
they just dont care...
