Little Girl

by Belgin   May 7, 2005

See that awkward little girl,
Sitting all alone
Always ignoring the rest of the world
Her heart, it seems as stone

Throw her all the shit you want.
That girl, she doesn't care
Unmoved by your evil deeds
Ignoring every cruel stare

She never lets you know
but deep inside she cries
Taking every blow
Deep inside she cries
Nowhere on the outside to dry her tear-stained eyes

Don't bother to tell her she's worthless
This girl, she already knows
Never believed in goodness
Why would she be starting now?

She never lets you know
But deep inside she cries
Letting insults grow
Deep inside she cries
Nowhere on the outside to dry her tear-stained eyes

So strange little girl, would you believe?
That someone cares or understands
Or have I already lost you
Lost you to their strangling hands?
