This is my life

She sometimes sits alone in her room wondering why shes here

wishing someone would be there for her love her and hold her near

she cries out to God
wondering if he's there

And as a tear drop falls down her face she says a silent prayer

She falls on her knees and begs God please to send her someone who cares

Her emotions she hides locked up in a box she's afraid to show how she feels

not knowing what to do or say or what she really feels

shes tired of the broken heart,shattered dreams and tears

at times she feels theres little left to gain But strong she will remain

As she lays it down at the feet of Jesus her heart slowly begins to mend.
