To you Lord

Lord i cant see
how you could love someone like me

But i fall to my knees
and offer my heart to you

Its broken and wounded
But its all i have to give

As i lay down my life
i surrender everything to you

the pain and the hurt
the thoughts and my struggles

lord i surrender them to you
knowing you will heal me

i turned from you time and time again
yet still you call me your child

and in your arms i feel complete
i know that i am home

and as the tears fall down my face
im ready to make the change

not live for myself
but for you the father

take my wounded spirit lord
and use it for your will
