As I lay on my bed at night
And darkness begins to fall
You run through my mind
And it's something I can't control
Endless conversations we had
Until I would slowly fall asleep
As dreams would float in my head
My secrets about you I would keep
Somehow you were just perfect
But I didn't yet understand
Though you already guided me to the right path
As you invisibly took my hand
And somehow I just felt so comfortable
As if I knew you forever
And I'm waiting excitingly to see you
You're like my secret treasure
Maybe you and me have something special
And in some way I've lost but still won
For you seem to make everything alright
And I look forward to what awaits and comes....
