The Silver Tells It All

by Jesse   May 13, 2005

I gaze for hours on end
Waiting to see
Who this person is
This person starring at me

Who is he
And where did he come from
He looks so tired
Tired of having no one

Where did he go wrong
What did he do
Does he deserve this pain
All you put him through

The silver shows every line
Every ounce of sorrow
And it will still be there
When he looks tomorrow

    Amanda Bee,

Yes it is a mirror. Thanks for the kind words, they really mean a lot.

Good work, Jesse! I really liked this one. Nice rhyme!!! I do have a question though....what is the silver? A mirror?
