Silent Walk

by Momentary Relapse   May 13, 2005

I took a walk outside today all alone
Tried to sort through all my thoughts
They scattered staying out of reach
I began reliving dead memories
They fill my mind with images
Burn it all inside me reliving it all
I hate returning to the past
I continue to walk by myself still alone
Going to walk until my mind is quiet
Until these thoughts are dead in here
Want them to just remain away
And leave me alone in silence
