Please, I ask you
Don't fear me
I mean you no harm

You have told me your deepest emotion
And I have told you mine
We are in love

Yet you still are afraid...
Of what? I ask
Neither of us really knows

I see you every day
And I long evermore to hold you
Each passing day I grow more lonesome

Yet each day I know what we have is special
Something that sets us appart from our peers
Something...something...inside

I love you with all of my heart
I'm hoping you can say the same
But who needs hope, when you have the truth
