Silhouette Screaming

Silhouette Screaming

Maybe this masquerade is over
Now tears decorate my face
Lacing up the reflection ahead
With such morbid grace

Sinuous petals fall away from my core
This pretence is blowing away
Swept by the sound of silhouette screaming
And causing my mind to fray

And all I can hear through these burning ears
Is the quiet sound of my breathing
Like a falling feather, my head lays to rest
And I escape again to my dreaming..

Maybe only I can understand this...x
