A once again night....

Another clear night with not a cloud in the sky
once again find myself wondering why
wondering how I ever made you cry
how I ever let the feeling die
Look up and admire the nights deep blue
all I can think about is that I lost you
and that you'd still love me if Id have stayed true
you tried so hard and did all you could do
look how the stars are shining so bright
I make a wish and hope it comes true, It just might
you'd forgive me for that horrible night
and Id once again have you as my guiding light
a crisp full moon sitting low
as it rises I think our love could grow
but its just a wish so Ill go with the flow
and Ill see what the future has to show
