Don’t let me do this
Don’t let me run in fear
Keep me close by
Don’t let me disappear

Don’t let me push you away
Don’t let me lie and tell you I am okay
Keep me close by
Don’t let me go without a fight

Don’t let me convince you that I am strong
Don’t let me convince you that I do not need anyone
Keep me close by
Don’t let me hide from life

Most of all
Don’t let my son die
